Integria's team consists of many individuals, many of which are still practising in industry, listed below are just some of the key members of the management team that make the company a success in what it accomplishes. The logo's listed on the right of the screen are just some of the credentials of some of the people below and some of the many people we employ on a regular basis. William Ferguson: Managing Director William Ferguson or Bill as he prefers, founded of the company and has been working in the creative sector as a consultant since 1991. Bill is the driving force behind what Integria provides as a company and works closely with agencies and local authorities as a consultant for the creative sector, a sector he believes passionately about as an ex professional photographer and musician himself. Qualifcations: CMC, MSc, DipEM, D32/D33, SFEDI, SBS Business advisor Assessor, NVQ Assessor. Specialist Skills: Regeneration, SFEDI, Assisted NVQ, IT solutions, Training Programmes, Design, Cultural Industries, CMC, Business Support Cultural Industries. Adrian van Schalkwyk: Operations Director Adrian has extensive knowledge and experience managing many regeneration projects for Integria. Adrian has sucessfully managed the ArtEast Project, the support for Creative Businesses, the ArtEast Outreach project and numerous grant maintained programmes. Oversaw implementation of practices which resulted in Integria beingone of the first organisations in London to acheive Customer First service quality standard. He has assisted in the development of client tracking and reporting system which received commendation for best practice. Qualifcations: AIB (Associate Institute of Bankers South Africa), D.I.B.S.(SA) Diploma Institute of Building Societies South Africa, SFEDI. Specialist Skills: Project Management, Creative Industries regeneration. James Rangel: East of England Regional Manager and IT Manager James joined the team in October 2003 advising clients on Web design and computer networks. Today James' Portfolio includes all the technical projects and training programmes which includes the Headstart and Cinehub projects as well as the Apple and Adobe Authorised Training Centres. He continues to manage the day to day running of the Headstart Project and provides all the IT expertise for the companies business, print and media Centres. Qualifcations: BTEC National Diploma In Business and Finance, Master Certified Internet Webmaster Designer. Specialist Skills: Project Management, IT,Web Design, IT Procurement. Tracy Hill : South West of England Regional Manager. Tracy has a varied business background from purchasing through to fundraising, and has worked for both profit and charitable sectors. Since moving to the South West 7 years ago she has been very involved with the charitable sector on a self employed basis, working across the community in participatory arts. She has worked on many research projects involving small to medium sized businesses across the country in partnership with the relevant development agencies. More recently she has been working with the Federation of Small Businesses supporting over 7000 small businesses in Somerset and Wiltshire. Tracy believes strongly in networking and talking to people about their business needs and specialities, this networking can only strengthen business growth and sustainability for the future. Specialist Skills: purchasing, sales management, marketing and event organization, project management, Fundraising, training and presentation and I have been both employed and self employed.
Mike Burley: Senior Business and Marketing Consultant Mike specialises in helping people work for themselves by helping them set up and then run their own business. Mike provides support and advice from discussion of the initial idea and deciding what to do next, including guidance on the business plan through to development of the business once started. Self employed himself for over 8 years, Mike has been a mobile DJ and promoter, managed video transmission, playground installation and import companies, and run business start up courses attended by over 1000 people wishing to, or already, working for themselves. Qualifcations: MBA, CIM, CE, D32/D33, SFEDI, BA Advisor, Experienced Enterprise Agency Advisor. Specialist Skills: Vocational, Assessor/Coach, Regeneration, Marketing, Business Support, SME's. Kris Murari: Senior Business Consultant Kris has over 35 years experience in international Banking (including Citibank, NY). He was a Vice President /Country Head in over 10 countries managing Profit Centres in UK-USA-India, Hong Kong- Philippines-South Korea, Mauritius. Kenya, Nigeria, South Korea and UAE.He is a fellow of the British Institute of Management (FBIM), Associate of Institute of Bankers (AIB) and Associate of Institute of Independent Business (IIB) He has managed several projects funded by the government, LBWF and ESF, Modern Apprentice Programme of the government, Business Support Programmes for businesses, start-ups, and people wishing to be self-employed. The support provided is in the form of Business Advice/Assistance, ICT, Marketing, Management Strategies, Access to Finance –loans/grants. Kris is also actively involved with several leading community charities. He is a volunteer with Victim Support, Princes Trust, and Reach. He is also a school governor appointed by the London Education Authority.
