Integria and its staff have participated in ESF, ERDF and SRB (including combinations thereof) Business Support projects valued at more than £2 million. Integria was formed by Bill Ferguson who has 11 years experience in business support and to focus on regeneration, business support, training, and strategic consultancy.

We have helped a number of public sector clients deliver Regeneration projects throughout the UK. And we have carried out research into the needs of BME communities in a number of UK inner city areas. We have used our experience of IT, both to provide IT solutions for client organisations, but also to build applications, web sites and databases which provide our project teams with the productivity and control to ensure our projects add significant value and always demonstrate a robust audit trail.

Integria’s expertise includes successfully bidding for ESF, SRB, RALPS and other funding on behalf of its clients.

The Integria team have previously ran highly successful ESF/SRB Local Supply Chain Development and ECommerce programmes to develop SMEs in East London, more than 70% of participants in these programmes have been from BEM owned businesses. We have just been awarded a new SRB project to train SMEs in the use of IT.

Integria has good working relationships with mainstream business support agencies such as Learning Skills Council, Business Link, Careers Service, Small Business Service, Enterprise Agencies and Chambers of Commerce. In addition, we are experienced in working with the third sector including, community and voluntary organisations. Integria is a signatory to the Business Link for London Concordat for partner organisations Our research also encompasses three projects assessing the needs of City BME communities together with several SRB evaluations. We have recently completed two research projects for DFES/Local Learning Partnerships addressing Work Experience Organisation and Workforce Development
